Mishima-ben

The dialect is flying thick and fast at Shikokuchuo City Hall. Today I was asked: 手がだい? Huh? So I quizzed the members of the planning division. 手がたい is Mishima-ben for 手が怠い(手がだるい) and 怠い (normally written with kana) means sluggish. Just another way of saying 手が疲れた (てがつかれた)- are your hands tired?
